Nicholson Edgell House

Nicholson Edgell House had undergone a renovation some years prior under a previous owner and the work was sub-standard, however on a positive note it had altered some key components of the original home which allowed us more usable floor space and which Council would not approve now. The owners wanted more space, more light and a good living-dining-kitchen with a connection to the outdoors.

The owners had a simple and clean palette of materials and colours, focusing on grey concrete, face brick, white paint, bluestone and natural timber.
